Yes. Residents are welcome to bring guests to enjoy the community amenities.

 

Is grilling allowed on the property?
Yes. The community features four grilling stations and a shared pizza oven.

 

Who provides internet service at NOVEL Scott’s Addition?
Xfinity provides internet service. Each apartment is hardwired and includes speeds up to 500 Mbps.

 

Do you have a dog park?
Yes. Our dog park and Paw Spa are open 24/7 for resident use.

 

Do you offer preferred employer discounts?
Yes. We offer exclusive incentives for employees of select organizations, including Amazon, Bon Secours, Capital One, City, State & Federal agencies, CoStar, MCV, Truist, Harris Williams, VCU, CarMax, and others. Contact our leasing team for details.

The community is approximately 2.5 miles from Downtown Richmond, about an 8–25 minute drive depending on traffic.

 

What is your pet policy?
We require a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet or $500 for two pets, along with $50 per month in pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply.

 

How far are you from Richmond International Airport (RIC)?
NOVEL Scott’s Addition is approximately 12.2 miles from RIC, or about a 20-minute drive depending on traffic.

 

What are the income requirements to qualify?
Applicants must have a combined gross income of at least 3x the monthly rent (pre-tax).

 

Is smoking allowed in the community?
No. NOVEL Scott’s Addition is a smoke-free community.

 

Do you offer short-term leases?
Yes. Lease options include month-to-month, 6-month, and up to 15-month terms.

 

Do you offer furnished apartments?
No. All apartments are offered unfurnished.

 

How do residents access their apartment homes and amenities?
Access is provided via a secure Kastle key fob system, mobile entry for buildings and amenities, and mobile guest passes.

 

Is parking free?
Garage parking is available for $100 per space.

 

Do apartments include a washer and dryer?
Yes. Each apartment includes a Samsung Energy Star® washer and dryer.

 

Do the buildings have elevators?
Yes. Elevators are available throughout the community.

 

Is NOVEL Scott’s Addition suitable for remote workers?
Yes. The community is ideal for remote work, featuring on-site coworking spaces, social lounges, and Reviresco Coffee for flexible work environments.
