Overall this is an incredibly beautiful facility -with the endless amenities you would only wish for. A large and welcoming bonus, was the neighbors! (These are boardline strangers at this point, as you've hardly had an opportunity to get to know everyone, but with no questions asked they're willing to help you settle in by any means… Overall this is an incredibly beautiful facility -with the endless amenities you would only wish for. Right off the start, I confidently feel like I've made a wonderful decision! As a young professional looking to start a new chapter of life- I truly look forward to creating many new memories as well as creating friendships through all the activities & events held weekly!

I toured here today… and my gosh… this is the most beautiful complex I’ve ever seen. It’s even better in person compared to the photos online. The lady who gave me a tour was very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty cool too, right next to a new baseball stadium in construction. The complex is also brand new, they just started leasing Aug… I toured here today… and my gosh… this is the most beautiful complex I’ve ever seen. It’s even better in person compared to the photos online. The lady who gave me a tour was very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty cool too, right next to a new baseball stadium in construction. The complex is also brand new, they just started leasing Aug 1st of 2024. The lady who gave me the tour said to expect around an additional $300 per month for water/utilities, electricity, trash valet, parking (no free parking available), and internet. So it is pretty expensive overall, but I can see it would be worth it. The amenities looked incredible and there’s a gym that would actually not require you to get an outside gym membership (plenty of proper equipment). Apparently they also have many social events for the complex. I hope to end up living here in a couple months, it is on the high end of my budget, but I believe it to be worth it.

We’re new to the Richmond, Virginia area and recently toured these beautiful apartment homes. Cora, provided phenomenal customer service. She answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. I later had a few more questions and returned to the property while Cora was off. That’s when I met Melissa, who was just as classy and helpful.… We’re new to the Richmond, Virginia area and recently toured these beautiful apartment homes. I’ve had a really positive experience living at Novel Scott’s Addition. The community is well maintained, the apartments are modern and comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. Management and maintenance have been responsive and professional whenever I’ve needed assistance. Living at NOVEL has been such an amazing experience for my wife and I! The atmosphere cultivated is truly special, with intentional design and amenities which help facilitate community. Upon moving in 4 months ago, we quickly realized how lucky we were to be a part of such a special place. From meeting great friends while taking our pup to the dog… Living at NOVEL has been such an amazing experience for my wife and I! The atmosphere cultivated is truly special, with intentional design and amenities which help facilitate community. Upon moving in 4 months ago, we quickly realized how lucky we were to be a part of such a special place. From meeting great friends while taking our pup to the dog park, to the number of amazing community events that take place each month, we have found ourselves feeling incredibly thankful to have landed at a community that prioritizes relationships to such a degree. The staff are amazing and very accessible, and have been such a help to us since our move in. Cannot recommend NOVEL enough!
